Bernice has more than 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry.  She began her insurance career as a part time Customer Service Representative in 1992.  She took and passed her Property & Casualty Exam in 1995 to become a licensed agent.  Bernice has worked with David Townsend since 1992.

Bernice has spent quite a bit of time giving back to the local communities.  She was instrumental in establishing programs that worked with students at several local high schools.  These programs were designed to promote a message of good decision making for young drivers.

Over the years, Bernice has developed quite a following at the agency in both personal and commercial lines of coverage.  She is the primary commercial agent within the office.

Bernice resides in Castle Shannon with her husband, Cal.  She is the proud mom to two adult children, Calvin and Brittany.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and dog, Bella.
